Production Processes

Freezing our products has precise steps that must be followed in order to ensure the best possible outcome. For vegetables, we have twelve steps. These steps are:

  • 1. Receiving and selecting the right products, in terms of quality and size. Highly trained and knowledgeable staff carries out the picking process.
  • 2. Washing the product in order clean it out.
  • 3. A second selecting procedure occurs to ensure that all pr oducts are according to standards.
  • 4. Afterwards, blanching the product is the next step.
  • 5. After blanching, the following step is cooling the product.
  • 6. When the product is cooled down, another selecting procedure takes place.
  • 7. The next step is freezing the product via an IQF freezing tunnel.
  • 8. After freezing, a final selecting process takes place in order to finalize having top quality products.
  • 9. After that, the product is weighed for packaging.
  • 10. Foreign body protecting takes place via metal detectors.
  • 11. Afterwards, packaging according to customer’s requests takes place. This when the manufactured dates are clearly stated on each package.
  • 12. The final step is either storing the packages in the cold store or sending it directly to customer.

Regarding the freezing of fruits, there are eleven steps that take place. These steps are:

  • 5. After that, another selecting procedure takes place.
  • 6. The next step is freezing the product via an IQF freezing tunnel.
  • 7. After freezing, a final selecting process takes place in order to finalize having top quality products.
  • 8. After that, the product is weighed for packaging.
  • 9. Foreign body protecting takes place via metal detectors.

Another production process that we offer in our factory is brining the products. In the brining process, the products go through seven stages. These stages are:

  • 1. Receiving and selecting the right quality products in terms of quality and size. Highly trained and knowledgeable staff carries out the picking process.
  • 2. Afterwards, washing the product takes place.
  • 3. After that comes the blanching of the product.
  • 4. After blanching, the next step is cooling the product.
  • 5. After cooling, a final selecting process takes place in order to finalize having top quality products.
  • 6. The following step is storing the product in the brine solution.
  • 7. The final stage is sending the product to the customer.
